I was gonna discuss something about circular d-pads with my recent purchase of a phat Genesis controller to replace my og slimmer controller and this Bandai Namco themed plug-and-play ATGames controller that I got recently but I cannot remember what it was.
A proper + shaped d-pad trumps these circular d-pads any day tho. Even for fighting gaems.
