^ This is also assuming you have OEM component cables (lol), or have something like a GCHD mkII.
Otherwise, your next best option is a modded Wii U with Nintendont installed or a later model Wii (RVL-CPU-40 or 60). Picture-wise, these options only make GC games look 3-5% worse, at most. Unless you're playing up close, most folks wouldn't even notice.
