Be careful to buy the version with torx screws in the top plate. It has a metal plate (vs plastic), lever-actuated Omron microswitches on the switch (vs button actuated ones) and much better quality buttons)

I generally use them for Fighters or arcade ports

¿LOLWUT?

Stole this Hori Fighting Stick PS for 15 quid on eBay.

+ Really nice solid build, steel top and bottom plates with thick plastic shell. Ideal for home defence.
+ Good quality stick and buttons, stick is Hori's own not Sanwa/Seimetsu but has Omron microswitches.
+ Sits perfectly on my lap and has plenty of space to rest palms for desktop use.

- Square restrictor gate, doesn't look like it can be modded for octagonal but I'm working on it.
- Top plate being metal is pretty cold to start with but soon warms up
- Usually somewhere in the region of 4x the price I paid.

Overall I like it a lot. Was originally on the lookout for a Namco but glad I took a punt on this one instead.
