There's a rocky passage right by Jenova Death, very small area, it's super rare there, most people never even get an encounter there. The other enemy is dragon rider which many people also never saw, but not as rare as Killbin. Both can be morphed into Mind Sources so it's maybe the best place to grind for them. Moveset is very interesting since it's unique, but can also kill you if you're just fking around.
