What it does is give a bit more time for inputs, so her special doesn't have to be inputed so fast. However it affects ALL inputs, not just the specials, not just Lucia's (that's the unfinished part), which could be troubled in other circumstances depending on how you play.

The hack also changes the musics around, I hate how in this game musics constantly switches when you get to a new area within a stage. So instead I changed the music selection so it's more like 1 music per stage, with a couple of exceptions when the theme of a long stage changes. Sorry I don't think I have a version of the hack without the music changes.
