I mean the files couldn't have been ripped that easily, could it?

I had a strategy guide for Pokemon RBY and I never used it.
I used the stickers and read it entirely on the way to my grandmother's house one time but never looked it up when I wanted to play Pokemon. That game didn't need a guide at all.

I also got a cheat guide one year from the school book fairs and used to look up cheats for DKC 1-3 for more lives. That was nice.

Warning, Non-retro:
The Kingdom Hearts guide saved my sanity during the dalmatian quests. Fucking dalmatian puppies.

This almost never happens to me because by the time I start playing the game I reach "that" part and have to relive it once again because I didn't remember the first time.

This is probably what I get for suppressing all those horrible memories.
