RoboPit, one of my favorite area styled robot action games, for the PS1.

Hey my Robopit suggestion made it in! Be sure to stay for the saxophone part on that one.

I'll add Robopit. This is a pretty early PS1 title. 1996. It's one of the earlier ones that I have played. It's really fun as a two player game. Build a robot, out of parts. Beat other robots in a 3D combat arena, and win their body parts. Different robotic parts have different attributes. It's even kinda fun in single player.

Here's my addition, Robo Pit. Essentially Armored Core with all the serious business drained out and replaced with bright colors and goofy eyes. Great soundtrack too.

This was a great bargain bin find for me.
Don't play RoboPit 2, though. it's kusoge

Shame the sequel was such dogshit.

But not Robo Pit 2, Robo Pit 2 was shit.

Robo Pit. Game didn't even have music, but I played the shit out of it.
