This has a lot of them together with shmupmame. Pic related is a list sorted by difficulty with higher level being more difficult

Pic related, stick to the first 9 tiers, there are lots of noob friendly games there. The good thing is that even if you get very easy 1cc's, you will still get better at the genre overall so you can slowly work yoir way up to more challenging stuff. Console shmups like Thunderforce are generally much easier too.

Gradius II, Gaiden and Rebirth are the logical next steps after III SNES. Pic related is a list of arcade shmups ranked by difficulty, you can use this as a guideline. Anything up to level 15 is fine for beginners IMO.

Would be nice, like a non-shmup version of pic related.

Run n guns are relatively easy generally speaking. Sunset Riders, OutZone, Commando, Ninja Spirit and Gunforce can be cleared without much issue.

Don't take this list 100% literally but it's a good reference.

Vimana and Batsugun Special loop 1 are some piss-easy clear if you don't want a challenge at all
