This was one of the tamest blue screens you could easily recover from. I wouldn't even count it as a BSOD; it's on the same level of docility as the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen in Windows 3.1.

Cool little anecdote: It's funny how well Windows 9x could tolerate being transferred from system to system without a reinstall. Most of the time all you had to do was boot into safe mode and delete the Enum key in the registry so it could reconfigure all the new hardware on the next boot. Windows NT/2K/XP would just dab on you and demand a repair install if you changed your motherboard or moved your hard drive to another system.
