I'm trying to play dos games on a 15khz set for shit and giggles (I am aware that they're supposed to be line doubled and run at 70hz shut up)
I made a 320x200 modeline, but as you'd expect its letterboxed. Is there anything I can change in the modeline to stretch it vertically or do I have to suck it up and adjust it on the crt itself?

Not with an nvidia card you won't, unless you want to destroy your TV. You'll need an ATI card that's compatible with crt emudriver, I use a 6450, and to be on the safe side it's a good idea to flash a modified bios to the card with ATOM15. Use the new drivers to enable csync, then obtain or make a vga to scart cable with a 480ohm resistor on the sync line to drop the voltage from TTL level to around 1v. This is effectively what I've done to make a scart/crt compatible pc to play old school cartoons/movies as well as groovy mame.
