I like RLNDGM the most so far. It's the same soundfont James Paddock used in his bandcamp release of Sigil https://jamespaddock.bandcamp.com/album/sigil-the-midi-soundtrack
It sounds kinds flat here but it sounds way better when you play it in game, I just tested it.

RLNDGM is good because most midis are designed for the basic Windows midi, and this has a similar instrument balance but it sounds richer. Using a soundfont on a midi that wasn't made for it is like using a gameplay mod on a vanilla map. Anyway jere are some other good ones

Musyng Kite is my favorite hi-def one. It's over 1gig. Orpheus is another big one. Musyng Kite was my favorite until I discoverd that new sc-55 soundfont, and that was my fav until I discovered RLNDGM

PrBoom 2.5.1.4 comes with its own soundfont, which Going Down's midis were designed for, so I copy/pasted that soundfont into PrBoom 2.6
