Removing RNG isn't going to change how fucking upside down the gameplay balance is in BD, you still have fucking S I X S H E L L S, that shit isn't the fault of RNG, that's a deliberate design choice, and a very bad one.
Low tier enemies are made harder, fair enough, that's something I like, but high tier enemies are often made much easier, and that's something I dislike. There's no circumstance where you should be able to one-shot a Baron Of Hell with anything but a BFG9000 tier weapon.
