no. Runes above Lem are pretty rare and the highest drop I've gotten from her is Um.

Really high tier rune words require tradting or grinding of high level areas, check pic related for drop rates in Hell Act 5.

She is still pretty good for the basic rune words that'll carry you to the end of the game but all super powerful gear that'll maximize your magic find runs takes months of full time grinding to gather. Even streamers who literally just plays D2 for hours and hours every day shits their pants when they finds a zod rune.
