Mario's in focus, rest is not. I think the scratch-guard is messing with the auto-focus. It looks a lot better in real life, I don't know shit about photography. The blown-out-ness is just from the camera.

Oh and I was wrong, this thing is actually 14" long. It ends up being the same depth as my 8"s (and almost as long as my 9") so it doesn't actually gain me any useful desk space.

They are around... if you're willing to pay ebay prices. I got mine for about $80, looks like the ones on there right now are either asking ridiculous prices or wanting you to buy three at once. I wouldn't really expect something like a modern-ish 5" PVM to pop up at a thrift store, could be wrong though.

Mine actually came inside a carrying case, which was sort of a positive thing for me on the listing - seemed more likely it was only used for the occasional location shoot and not left running 24/7 like some of the picture monitors you find.

Interestingly, that model you posted (5bx5) still seems to be going for about $50 and up (sold listings) on ebay. Only current listing is asking $110. If I could find a good price, I'd pick one up too. Would be a real neat workbench tv for old skate videos.
