So I'm trying to set up Daggerfall.

So far everything works just fine but I encountered one serious problem.
It slows down to a crawl if I try to run it at 5000 cycles like the wiki said.

Runs perfect at max cycles (aka auto) though. My question is now, will this fuck up the game like the wiki said or will it be fine.

Game is patched and I'm running latest DOSBox SVN Daum.

Daggerfall general I guess.
