The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past probably holds the most nostalgia.

Final Fight 3 is one of my favorite beat'em-ups.

I love Super Castlevania IV.

R-type III: The Third Lightning is excellent.

Yoshi's Island is also very good.

Super Mario World was magical, but I've played it til I'm sick of it.

Star Fox is great.

I played a hell of a lot of Street Fighter II Turbo and Super Street Fighter II. Ditto for MK 1, 2, 3.

Chrono Trigger, FF6, other rpgs were fun but I never replayed them past the 2nd go around.

All kinds of hacks would stand right up there. Brutal Mario. Super Metroid Redesign, Super Zero Mission, all would have been 9/10 titles on there own.

But yeah....LttP gets my #1. I played it a little late (1995 or so), but the mystique of Zelda was so fucking strong back then. There was no greater adventure for an 11 year old. Played it several times since, and it's a lot easier, and the thrill of discovery is gone, but it's still as solid a title as you will find on the SNES.
