blood is pretty fun in normal play but sometimes it's good to do a run with the full ammo and invincibility cheats, specially on the first episode, so much retarded shit and creative ways to kill monsters when you don't have to care about your safety...

Play the expansion packs Duke it out in D.C., Duke Caribbean: Life's a Beach, and Nuclear Winter

Also try the game Blood. It's made by the same company as Duke and plays a lot like it, but is more satanic in theme and has more interesting weapons
