I have recently seen the canceled Quake4 expansion leaked conceptart album and it really has some real weird shit:
-it shows that apparently the first natives of Stroggos were meant to be some goblin-looking midgets or something with a cybernetics fetish (dick-guns were a thing),
-Walker/Hovertank stage big enemies to fight besides the Harvester and Heavy Tanks.
-Quake2 Tanks returning with barely any changes,
-some fugly flesh-golem like amalgamations made of several bodies (one of them is quite interesting - like for one of its 'arms' it actually is a whole female torso - with an unshaven vagina and boobs) grafted together,
-Q2 Berserker but with guns (like the one form Q4 wasnt enough),
-And this one goofy fucker in the pic;
