Seriously, how good is this game? I see it being consistently ranked high on GOAT snes games lists. Is it on par with the Super Mario World games?

I enjoyed this game tremendously. I don't think I ever beat it, but I got pretty far and it was fun.

The ACTUAL definition of an RPG is stats, equipment, and level-ups. This is how it is now, and how it has been for a good 20 or so years. Go back to /tg/ if you can't handle it. This bullshit of how a game can only be an RPG with some obtuse metric of role-playing is utterly pretentious.
