Well then, if you don't believe me, I booted up the Famicom just to show you my last save before I beat the game. My problem is that you have limited enough control in JRPGs as it is, and having AI party members on top of that just isn't fun to me. I think having AI party members as an option is cool, but it shouldn't be mandatory. My personal opinion. Other than that, game is great! But if I want to play Dragon Quest IV again, I'll probably just play the PS1 version.
