Just to add quickly, it's not about being better, it's not about having to be the best at everything, it's about knowing that you can be better and knowing how to approach being better. Sometimes that can be painful because it's a constant state of awareness of all of your insecurities, issues, things you're bad at doing, that's what I mean by at least you're thinking about it.
