She is pretty bad in ST for me since I cannot perform the hooligan maneuvers consistently on demand. Yet, she is my favorite character as asked. As mentioned, I main Guile/Nash and evil characters. I remember reading everyone was complaining the Dreamcast version has 1 frame of input lag. Everyone preferred the PS2 version because it uses the actual arcade ROM and emulates. I just want the Dreamcast version as that console gets more love from me than my PS2 does.
