While it never been freed of shitpost, thread derailing, and of course, underaged posters... This board now is crowded by kids born in the mid 90s. The amount of shitposting doesn't even surprise me anymore.
It is funny because the weaboos don't shitpost on gamecenter cx thread. But even the mention of any western youtuber makes their autism and "hipsterism" burst into a tidal wave of shitposting. Not limited to insulting the subject of the posts, they also insult whoever posted.
Watching let's play? Commenting reviews? Even mentioning anyone from youtube? Thats like being jew in 40s germany. Commenting about a boring japanese show that features a middle aged man that sucks at old videogames but is forced to play them for 12 hours in a row while a bored audience watches? Welcome aboard.
To think long ago the avgn was at least commented here without attracting hipster autists this much. I'm not defending him, he got much less funny, his reviews (both movie and games alike) lost the touch and aren't as good as his pre 2010 videos. However this personal gossip about his personal life has become way too annoying. It's like kids from reddit trying way too hard to be funny and edgy all the time.
