I just played them on my Android phone using J2ME loader and the file for each game, it works great that way actually.

I found this trailer for the first Doom RPG from 2005 and its pretty cool, crazy to see a trailer like this for a fucking Java mobile game. They admittedly make it look like it plays more like traditional Doom than it actually does:

Anon who is playing through Doom RPG I and II for the first time here, I just found a promotional trailer for Doom RPG from 2005.
