/vr/ - Retro Games

So, i'm playing Mega Man 3 first time and is it normal for (pal) Mega Man 3 to slow down a lot?
Did we just get shorter end of the stick or is the problem in my nes?
Also, is this one of those useless weapons you don't need ever or don't i just know how to use it?
When i tried it, all it did was spin for like half a second in the air and blocked enemies to doing damage.

Discuss Megaman 3. Any attempts to disprove that this is the worst weapon will be met with immediate shunning.
