Almost 15 years later and I still want to play these games.

How often were games released in episodes, only a few months apart?
Were the games actually good or just cash grabs?

The idea of a new video game in a series coming out every other month is incredibly intriguing to me. It'd be like waiting for a new comic or show to come out.
My only concerns would be how much their charging per episode and if the quality of it would be good enough to be releasing a new part every two months.
