If something has glaring errors or flaws that really, honestly, stand out as bad, then you don't have to be able to do better yourself.

If there's a quite photorealistic picture of Narshe, clearly drawn by a skilled artist, and you say it's SHIT, then... no. You need to use a lighter criticism, or your just being a spaz. You don't even have to look at that picture.

It's like if someone plays a basically-faithful rendition of a piece on the piano. If you can't do better, but think they're hammering the keys, then you can say it constructively. Otherwise, who are you to have better standards?

Slaughtermaps done well can be great fun, it totally changes how you approach fights when dealing with swarms.

Personally I dont adore slaughtermaps but I have had fun with them.

I like to be a doom connoisseur (as pretentious as that sounds) and try many things doom. Purists who are like ''NO IT HAS TO BE DONE THIS WAY.....oh you can be WROOONG if you like!" are idiots who detract from the community.

Worse too because as doomers you'd think the average age would be at least 20 something and not 15.

Variety is the spice of life and is precisely what keeps doom alive. Your attempts to strangle it out in your asanine crusade for ''muh purity'' will only damage it in the long run.
