Compare to this screenshot and you'll see that Barry's pants colour is much closer to Jill's than that of Wesker that you see when she's poisoned.

If it's really Barry, then why don't we see his face when he saves Jill? Why doesn't he stay in the save room with her and wake her up?
Even Jill sounds like she's not sure it was him, her tone is very interrogative "Barry... ?"

Everything was made from the developers to make the player not sure who it was, but if you look closely, you realize it's Wesker.
