My choice would have to be the GI's from Red Alert 2

Why?

>Build Airforce base

>Use the paratrooper function to flood my base with hundreds of GI's

>Make them all entrench

>Any attack on my base gets wiped out at the cost of a few soldiers

>Once I had a shit ton of guys I'd run them all into the enemy base

>D-day landing-like sort of chaos ensues

>Make my soldiers entrench as they enter the enemy base

>Enemy base destroyed in seconds

A close runner up would be Protoss carriers.
