I have to ask since I don't have the former to make a comparison but is there any distinct advantage of using SCART wired for csync vs SCART wire for composite sync with an inline sync-stripper/cleaner in terms of quality?

Obviously a benefit is not needing a separate sync stripper but I already have one from retrogamingcables.co.uk so that doesn't apply in my case.

I've also heard some consoles output weak csync and other's don't by default so that might also be an advantage?

Not him but people asking for information about CRTs in a CRT thread is pretty relevant to the discussion, regardless of whether you specifically happen to be proficient in knowledge of a particular model/series or not.

Also, it's called google (granted, that applies to the person asking the question moreso, but still).

I don't know much about them specifically but you might be interested in looking into a video wall controller. Not the best spacing between them for that particular use but it's an idea (other than just jumpering all their RGB input/outputs together for 6x repeated displays)
