Some of the character get a tiny boost or a new skill to use in a new game. I hope you use that save file where you they told you all those personal question.

I remember replaying the game last year and I started out with Riki Story first because I consider it the most annoying one to do. Due to the experience, though, the play through was way easier (like getting DSC, make Rouge god-like in every spell, make Riki into a Black Dragon, etc). I kept Red story last because I love his story the most.
