Okay, what the fucksicle is this? There's some real shonky business going on here because I cannot kill these two guards in any way shape or form.

99% to hit heavy throwing knives to their heads or their torsos? Miss / does nothing.
Try to stab him in the face? It whiffs.
Try to shoot them with 100 Marksmanship? Can't even graze them.

Sure it's theoretically possible that I'm just hitting that 1% chance every time, but I find that unlikely.
