The fact that you can see both of her shoulders implies that we should be able to see her torso from the same angle. However, the direction of the little Bonne skull on her chest suggests that her bust is supposed to be seen completely from the side. Now, it could be that her right shoulder is just exaggeratedly back a bit, but the placement of that skull on the outside of her bust is what really ruins the perspective.

The skull charm thing still needs to have the direction that it's facing to be fixed, but the top pic is what I think the other anon is expecting to see. The bottom pic is more what I think the artist was going for, and what you may be seeing when you look at it.
