Jungle Taitei for the N64, it was being developed by nintendo with Miyamoto as the producer.

What are some unreleased games that make you feel really sad that they never got released?

Pic related, Jungle Taitei for Nintendo 64. It was being developed by Nintendo, and Miyamoto's team no less. The game based on the famous Osamu Tezuka manga known as "Kimba the white lion".

Well, I don't really care about Tezuka's son supervision, the game got cancelled because apparently he didn't had any experience with videogames, so the deal kind of got broken (also issues with ehether to make the game as a cart or for the 64DD)

This one wasn't even finished, but it would have been great if they did.
Jungle Taitei (aka Kimba The White Lion) based on the manga by Osamu Tezuka. The game was being developed for N64 by Miyamoto's team, but was later scrapped due to problems with Tezuka's son not being able to work with them in the game or something.
