Does being unable to win unless you happen to have full energy on Crash Man's weapon here count?

For years I through you had to bomb the walls, commit a suicide, go all the way back to the beginning of the stage to fill up your Crash Bombs with the weapon power-ups there (or alternatively hope you get weapon refills from the armor riding Sniper Joes on the area leading to the boss room) and then FINALLY use your new Crash Bombs to destroy the wall cannons. Then I saw Morimoto's Megaman 2 TAS and felt like a fucking retard.
