That would be very difficult to pull off. It doesn't have to look out of place which is something many fan artists tend to fall when it comes on making monster girls versions of fantasy creatures in media.
Something that should make you say "yeah that's monstrous but why my pee pee is so hard?".
Gameplay wise I think something similar to a Lost Soul but faster, considering many of them tend to have wings. A rocket like the Revenant but weaker and also slightly more spammable.
In terms of health I'm really conflicted but physically they're not big like a Caco or a Baron but make give them the health of an imp wound be underwhelming.
