sorry but with that model you will only be able to display 480i no matter what, your best bet is getting a Sony PVM - BVM, with RGBHV input also expect the good working ones to be expensive

same works for Draqon Quest games i think, also you can play any two button game NES and lot of snes rpgs and some pc games with a psx type controller using joy to key or autohotkey

by pressing L1 & L2 with your index and middle finger you have two buttons already , but wait you can map buttons like the XABY buttons to the D PAD and leave the analog stick for the movement keys

i used to be a master of one handed gameplay, for.....reasons
