Things written by writers is literally the definition of a script, anon. Every show has one, but there being a script doesn't equal every spoken line being scripted. It's pretty obvious when there are scripted sequences but Arino obviously has a lot of freedom when it comes to those parts.

The actual gameplay and his commentary during it is largely unscripted, though he of course plays up his reactions since it's a tv-show and he's a professional comedian.
