Hi, I'm looking for an old racing video game. I've played it around 1999. on my old PC. It might've been a DOS game, or on some sort of emulator if they've been around back then. Anyway I can't remember as my dad set it up and let me play.

Anyway, the game is in 2D, I remember driving on the side of a mountain. The screen would move from left to right as you drove against an opponent. I remember thunder striking down on the road randomly.

You had a clear view of the road and your car from the perspective in image related. That's what it looked like.

also i'm uncertain but I think you drove a lime green car which resembled the vw bug.
