Duke is more deserving of Doomguys spot. He didn't suffer at all. Matter of fact after Dr. Proton he got a movie and book deal. Richer than hell and had women all over him.

Didn't necessarily deserve it either. In Duke 1 he was in CIA doing his job. Then aliens start invading like crazy.

We are a group of people (env designers, modelers and programmers) who love Duke Nukem 3D. We are sad seeing how many of the classic fps get a nice treatment these days, like Doom, Wolfenstein, Quake or Shadow Warrior except Duke Nukem so we decided to remake at least 1 level and make it playable.
We dont want this to become another "a group of fans is remaking dn3d again, gearbox is shutting them off" so we prefer to work at our own rhythm without showing too much for the moment. We've been working for 5 months already. Would you answer a few questions?

>Do you like Duke? Which other name should we give him to avoid copyright problems?
>Which level from duke3d do you like to be remaded? We are using Unreal Engine 4
>Anything you consider it has to be inside this project? monsters, secrets, weapons, items, soft porn, interaction..
