I like it. The nightmares could use some polish but other than that it's great. Definitely better than Zelda. Game has also some of the best NPCs, which makes their fate even worse.

I couldn't finish any Zelda game to this day because they're all boring, lame garbage. Alundra may have some repetitive elements (normal enemies) but it's miles above anything Zelda can muster, especially story-wise.

Usually gilded falcons and life shards. You can't revisit dreams, so if you don't find them there you're SOL. AFAIK you can find one shard and one falcon in each. A (very) few dungeons can't be revisited too.

I guess the two mostly missed falcons are in Olaf's (?? the miner guy I think) house which you should get ASAP, and his dream. You have to fight a bunch of monkeys before the dream ends very fast to get a chest to appear AND open it. It's a matter of seconds :(
