STUNT ISLAND.

Oh my god this game rules. Loads of things to fly, do stunts in, and set up cameras and events All over the place, record your runs, edit it into movies, it's just AWESOME.

If you want fun and creation, play Stunt Island NOW. If not, stick to your boring shooty bang bang fliers, while I remake the end of independence day.

Not exactly a level editor, but for sheet creation fun in a game, my vote is for Stunt Island

Otherwise, Micro Machines 96 track editor was always fun
