What region had the worst localizations and why was it PAL?
>games released a year after everyone else
>some games outright cancelled
>even more censorship

I have a Japanese Megadrive model1.
When I play JP and US cartridges, the images was overflowing CRT screen.
When I play EU cartridge,the image has top and bottom bars.
