Honestly I was disappointed with Rock'n Roll Racing. As far as isometric racers go I enjoyed. Character balance may be off the roof, but once you learn the turbo systems of Vinnie and Modo, the game is crazy fast and fun.

Another very underrated racing would be Biker Mice From Mars. Forget about Rock'n'Roll Racing, in the isometric style, THIS is the best.
The game may seem simple at first you once you learn the turbo systems of Modo and Vinnie, especially Vinnie, you're going to love it. In that sense it's kinda like Crash Team Racing and its turbo system, except faster and requiring even more skill.
