Holy shit I found them

Blackeyesoftware was apparently the early dev team ran by Derek Yu, who'd later make Spelunky. I remember each of these games pretty well. The shooter I was thinking of is Trigger Happy, but I remember all these now

The worms game wasn't by the same dev, it was something called Liero. I was playing it around the same time tho.

Lenny Loosejocks was the Aussie flash game. It may have been called Loosepants wherever I found it bc that name sounds a little off

The last game I have no idea how to even begin searching for but I now also remember it used Final Fantasy music as well. It may have been some really obscure fangame for all I can recall. I was big on Windows 95/98 era fan games. They were all terrible and all of them now lost to time
