So what are some good exclusives still left on the Dreamcast?

Jet Set Radio, Sanic Adventure 1/2, Shenmue 1/2, Ikaruga, Crazy Taxi etc all got ported to other platforms including PC.

I've seriously never understood this: why did the Dreamcast fail? Everyone I've ever known who had one loved it. I know of some people who say it's still to this day their favorite console of all time. There were several groundbreaking games for it and in many ways it was way ahead of its time. But I remember back when it came out, it was basically doomed to fail as soon as it launched, with people on the Internet back then saying it stood no chance. What went wrong?
