GTA 2 is pretty good, I played the first, but got filtered hard by the mission system.
2 I dunno, the faction system, and the looming Zaibatsu corporation, fast-paced crazy, after playing it I really wished we got it on the 3D engine they could've done way more with it, hell the GTA 3 Design Doc is literally 'What Could've Been' the design doc.
