Trying it now and this version seems almost perfect...almost. The only inconsistency I have found is that the Hillbilly is still "Wally". His literal name in Mother is "Ojisan" which translates literally to "Middle Age Man". That seems like it would be too long, and just "Man" is weird but I don't like the choice to leave it as "Wally" either. Tomato went with "Hillbilly" which is sort of a stretch but less specific. Beside this though it seems perfect from the little I've played.
