inorite? I already have a fairly solid 10" win8 tablet (W500) and I wish I could afford just the controller but it's $250 alone and there's no guarantee it'd fit right with my tablet even though it looks like the same prongs/usb center style dock.

Also worth looking at if you're a real bitch about the Shield's 5" screen is the Wikipad with a 7" screen at release (down from 10" or I'd have my eyes on THAT pad). Solid controls on the Wikipad I guess but despite the bigger screen the specs are worse than Shield and it's more expensive.
