What are some games that probably deserved more attention but didn't get it?

I think a good one is TMNT III: Radical Rescue for the Game Boy. It came out as the turtles fad was dying, and also came on the coattails of two underwhelming Turtles games on the GB. Despite that, it's actually an impressive game, a metroid-style game from Konami four years before Symphony of the Night, and it's one of the only turtles games of the period with a plot, however miniscule it was (Mikey must rescue the other turtles when they are kidnapped). The game requires you to explore the map, and each character has special skills needed to get through different areas, and each one is also defended by a boss character, making this a very nice metroid-style game. Simple but effective, especially for coming out before even Super Metroid.

What are some games that you think are overlooked?
